I’ve gained back about half the weight I lost before the holidays. I’m not happy with myself, but we carry on. Important note, I’m also not unhappy either. My weight tends to yoyo about 15 or so lbs from time to time. I don’t binge eat, I just like to eat and I haven’t been overly active with work and back injury nonsense. Add in a video game obsession and low gym motivation and well …here we are.

I don’t get down or upset with myself. I just try to make subtle lasting changes. I don’t do fad diets, I just try to eat better.

I’m also not getting any younger and my doc definitely wants me to drop drop weight. No time like the present, right?
