The arms are feeling solid again. In other news, a few weeks in and the shoulder is healed enough I actually did a light shoulder workout yesterday. I’ve been able to do most non shoulder exercises, even when the shoulder was the secondary muscle for a few weeks now. The exception has been incline chest sets. The activation was too sensitive. Now I feel healed and strong enough to introduce them back into my workouts, albeit at a much lighter weight for a while.
